  • Click & Collect: Pick up your order at a designated location or partner store, usually available within 2 working days.
  • Courier Same-Day Delivery: For select urban areas, orders placed before 12:00 PM may be delivered on the same day.

Delivery Costs

Delivery fees depend on the chosen method, order size, and destination:

  • Standard Delivery: Free for orders over €50; otherwise, €5.99.
  • Express Delivery: Flat fee of €12.99 per order.
  • Click & Collect: Complimentary service.
  • Same-Day Courier: Variable fee based on location, starting at €19.99.

All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

Regions We Deliver To

Our service covers the entirety of Europe, including European Union member states, EEA countries, and selected neighboring countries. Due to customs regulations, deliveries to certain remote regions may be subject to delays or limited availability. Additional charges may apply for shipping outside standard areas.

Order Processing and Shipping Times

Orders are processed within 1 business day after confirmation of payment. Weekends and public holidays may affect processing times. Once dispatched, tracking details will be provided via email or in your account dashboard.
